Kit Sponsorship
This is the ultimate opportunity to increase your name/company name, brand awareness. Sponsor a set of playing shirts for one of the many Senior, Ladies and Junior teams for as little as £750 + Vat and get your name/company name/logo on the front of the shirt, or for a smaller budget get a place on the sleeve from as little as £250 + Vat per team. There are also many other kit sponsorship opportunities such as shorts, warm up t-shirts, tracksuits and many more, so please do not hesitate to contact us. As well as your logo on the various player apparel, the club will also sell the same product through its kitshop meaning your name/company name/logo, will be seen potentially by thousands!
Matchday Sponsorship
With a great game of rugby and a homely atmosphere, why not take the opportunity to sponsor one of the many home matches throughout the season. Take private use of our lounge bar for up to 60 guests where you have an unrestrcited view straight onto the main pitch, or invite more and take use of our main bar where you will be able to mingle amongst the players after the game. Our club caterer will be more than happy to quote for food, or you are welcome to provide your own. In sponsoring a home match your Name/Company Name will be in the main season programme (this must be booked before the season commences), the match day team sheet, and also on the scoreboard and various boards around the club. The club also invites that you bring advertising materials for the day so that you can promote yourselves further.
Chiefs Match = £250 + Vat
Harlequins/Colts Match = £150 + Vat
Nomads/Ladies(Sunday) = £125 + Vat
Player Position Sponsorship
Sponsor one of the Chiefs playing positions and get your name next to that position in every home fixture match day teamsheet. Only £50 + Vat.
Match Ball Sponsorship
Sponsor the matchball at any one of our home games this season for only £35 + Vat. Your name/company name will be displayed in the matchday team sheet, and in the clubhouse on the game day sponsor boards.
Board Sponsorship
Get your name/company seen by thousands over the season by advertising your board on the perimeter of the pitch (8' x 3') for only £85 + Vat per year. If you do not have a board, we can source these through a local company which cost approximately £120 + Vat to construct to your exact design .
Website Sponsorship
Direct more traffic to your business by getting a link on our website to yours for only £30 + Vat per year.
Event/Competition Sponsorship

Programme Sponsorship
Give your company a real presence at Bideford RFC this season by having an advert in our season programme. A full page on either inside cover, or the back of the programme is only £250 + Vat. For the remainder of the programme, a full page is £200 + Vat, a 1/2 page £125 + Vat, and a 1/4 page is £80 + Vat.
Flyer Entry
Why not advertise directly to all spectators at Bideford RFC home games by inserting YOUR A4/A5 flyers for only £50 + Vat per home game (£100 + Vat for Boxing Day) into our season programme.
Post/Flag Protector Sponsorship
This year Bideford RFC is offering a new Flag and Post Protection sponsorship opportunity that is sure to be snapped up soon. Your name/company name/logo will be displayed on 4 post protectors, 14 flags, and 10 flag protectors which will be used for every home game of the season on the main pitch. As well as this the club are also offering a years free advertising via a perimeter board (construction costs, not included), all of this for only £800 + Vat.
